Highly recommend, from coordation to destination this was a great experience. I appreciate everyone involved. Flight nursing staff was friendly, helpful and comforting. The pilots got us to ATL safely. Highly recommend and appreciative of the service you all provide.

Door to door service- amazing! I found myself paralyzed in Seattle, Washington, and in need of getting home to Chicago Illinois. Medway stepped in and provided the most amazing service. Big shout out to Christina and Devon for the amazing support provided. Not only were they professional. They were also very friendly and caring, especially while in transit. Thank you very much for your awesome care!

Ms. Candice was an absolute dream to work with. Extremely kind and compassionate. Thank you so much for your support for getting our patient home.

We had such an AMAZING team who transported our 8 mo old to another state for life saving heart surgery. I pray we never have to be in this situation again, but we wouldn’t hesitate a second to use Medway again. Thank you for your help!!

Our medics Josh and Lindsay were incredible and so kind. Our pilots were also very compassionate and professional (Ron & Bobby). I was so pleased how smooth it all went with all the logistics, especially because this is such a stressful situation as is, with my husband being transported due to a traumatic brain injury. Thank you for everything. I hope we'll never need your services again, but would recommend you to anyone.

From the paramedic and nurse to the pilot/copilot, we had an awesome team that alleviated any concern and addressed every one of my wife's needs both in the air and in the ambulance trips between airports and hospitals. Professional and friendly - 2 things that put me at ease: knowing they could handle any situation or emergency, yet personable enough to converse with and even share a few laughs.

We had to take a medical flight from STL to Chicago following brain surgery for my son to get him to a rehabilitation facility. The flight crew was top-notch. All very good at what they do and so compassionate in how they do it. They explained all the aspects of the flight and process very well. They did a good job of keeping my son comfortable and safe throughout the entire trip. I never dreamed we would need something like this at any point in our lives, but I'm so glad Medway was available to help us in this emergency. THANK YOU DEVON AND TERESA!!! And to the pilots. You make a real difference with what you do.

Hopefully you're never ever have the need for the service but if you do. I highly recommend them no concerns whatsoever very professional kind I trust them with my everything! Thank you!!!

I cannot say enough about the incredible care we received from Medway Air Ambulance during the flight transporting my critically injured son from Connecticut to Georgia. As a parent, I was absolutely terrified, but from the moment we boarded the plane the crew made me feel safe and supported.Their professionalism, medical expertise, and calm presence were extraordinary. They treated my son with such skill and attention, and they showed me so much empathy and kindness during one of the most frightening moments of my life. It was clear that they were not only highly trained but deeply compassionate people.Knowing my son was in their hands gave me a sense of peace I didn’t think was possible in that situation. I will always be grateful to the entire team, including pilots, for the exceptional care they provided. Thank you for everything you did for my son and for me.

The care and flight team were great. In scary medical circumstances of my daughter’s long medical road, they gave reassurance, explained steps throughout experience, and took good care of my daughter and self during our flight. While I never hope to need this service again, I do high recommend if services are needed.

Always prompt in responding to calls, emails and punctual! The best air ambulance service I have ever worked with. Thank you for taking such good care of our patients.

Thankful that your Guardian Angels were there, I want to thank the team from Medway Air Ambulance who airlifted me from San Jose, Costa Rica to Yale New Haven Hospital last week. I had fractured my pelvis in an ATV accident. The medical team of Donna (paramedic) and Steve (RN) were wonderful. I was sorry I had to use the care but I am thankful that your Guardian Angels were there. No one should be without this vital assistance in a time of need. I plan to spread the word. I thank you again. Also, if possible, could you give Donna and Steve my thanks as well. I should make a full recovery and look forward to a good 2012; and I wish you a Happy New Year.

I just wanted to thank you for making all the arrangements for my mom to come home to me today. I truly appreciate how professional you were in dealing with this. You alleviated all of my concerns, and brought my mom home safely. The team on the flight was fantastic, as were the paramedics who transported her. I will never forget this experience, and am truly grateful to you for making this as simple as possible for me.

I was amazed at how smoothly it went

My husband had a heart attack while we were vacationing. At the hospital they told us he needed by-pass surgery. We wanted to have it done closer to home. Medway worked with the hospital’s discharge staff, arranged for the ambulance to meet us on arrival and got him pre-admitted for surgery. I was amazed at how smoothly it went. Thanks Medway!

Just wanted to thank you and your team for the transport you did for us on Saturday. When I got in this morning my staff was very complimentary of you and your team.
